Access Control Management

Role Setup

  • Accountant Tools ==> Access Control Management ==> New Role ( the new file icon )
  • Enter Group Name.
  • Enter Role Name.
  • Click on the check box to approve the permission.
  • Un click the check box to revoke the permission.
  • Click the save button to Save the Role .

Edit Role

  • Accountant Tools ==> Access Control Management.
  • Double click the Role in the Role Listing Table for edit.
  • Click Save icon to save.
  • Click Save as New icon with a new Role Name.

Important

  • DO NOT edit or modify ADMIN Role under Role Group Default.
  • The role under the Accountant Tools should be given to authorize person only.
